To ensure the independence of the Schedules Facilitator from any single interested party, the funding of the service is shared between the government of Cyprus, the airports’ operator and the air carriers established or registered in Cyprus. To oversee this, the Cyprus Airports Coordination Supervisory Committee (CACSC) has been established, which is comprised of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, the airports’ operator (Hermes Airports Ltd), air carriers as registered or established in Cyprus and the Airports’ Users Committee.
