For weekend and Monday operations air carriers should, to the extent possible, submit their applications before the close of business on Friday.

For same-day weekend or same-day public holidays operations and generally for out-of-office hours applications, air carriers should notify the airport operator with a copy of the request to Cyprus Airport Coordination as follows:
