Office Hours:
Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 15:00  local Cyprus time.
Applications for schedule clearances will be processed during the above office hours.
For weekend and Monday operations air carriers should, to the extent possible, submit their applications before the close of business on Friday.

Out-of-Office hours:

Users registered on the Online Coordination System (OCS) are able to use the service 24/7.  Users not registered on OCS may send SSIM messages to cyprus-slots@dca.mcw.gov.cy and these will be handled by Automatic Message Processing (AMP), provided they fulfil the relevant filter rules.

For same-day weekend or same-day public holidays operations and generally for out-of-office hours applications not processed through OCS or AMP , air carriers should notify the airport operator with a copy of the request to Cyprus Airport Coordination as follows:
