The following types of flights are exempted from the requirement of obtaining a schedules clearance:
a. Emergency/ Diversion landings
b. State (Heads of State, Heads of Government, and/or any other high officials as determined by the
government) and Military flights
c. MEDEVAC flights
d. Humanitarian Flights
e. Local School’s Training flights
f. Local flights
